a National Air Traffic Controllers
Association (NACTA) union plumber
for more than 20 years, Len is
finishing construction of the new
Air Traffic Control Tower project at
Oakland International AIrport . Funded entirely by a federal
grant from The American Reinvestment
and Recovery Act (also known
as The Stimulus Act), nearly 500
people were put to work building
this environmentally friendly tower
which will better serve the airport,
our passengers, and the community.
